Pardon our Dust! You may have noticed the work in progress at Ahwatukee Park. No, not very large gophers, we have several projects underway.

We are installing 22 additional parking spaces to adequately accommodate our members and guests. Additional parking will be located behind the ball field along the street. Our park and facilities use have grown significantly from nearly 40 years ago, when the amenities were built, and we are excited to grow with our patrons. While we've disturbed the area, we are replacing old water lines to our facilities and installing conduit sleeves to assist easy access for any future water line repairs. This project was approved by the ABM Board of Directors in November, 2013. A licensed contractor will install the parking spaces and all other work is performed by our "in house" maintenance staff and management. Projected completion is estimated within 30 days. Questions? Please call (480) 893-3502 ext. 2.
