RD-2 MANAGEMENT COUNCIL PAYMENTS
RD-2 owners are subject to an assessment of $185 due the first day of each month.
RD-2 assessments are used for: landscape maintenance of RD-2 owned common area; residential exterior home painting; roof repair and replacement; residential landscape maintenance service and irrigation repair; and other costs specific to the RD-2 subdivision.
