Appeal Process

You have the right to due process.
If you wish to appeal a decision rendered by the Architectural Review Committe (ARC) you must do so in writing within 14 days of the date of denial.  You may provide additional or supporting information for consideration and will be contacted as to the date your application will be rescheduled at an upcoming ARC meeting.  You are welcome, and encouraged, to attend the ARC meeting.

Please be advised the ARC cannot consider approval of architectural changes or additions that are prohibited or outside of the scope of the community governing documents.
If your request includes a prohibited or restricted request, you have the right to request a variance from the Board of Directors, however, variances are restricted to matters with extenuating circumstances
or unique to a particular lot.

After your appeal to the ARC is heard, you will be notified in writing of the decision.

If your appeal to the ARC is unsuccessful you may then appeal to the ABM Board of Directors,
who are the final authority in the appeal process.  Appeals to the ABM Board of Directors must be received by our office, in writing, within 14 days of when ARC rendered their appeal decision.
Appeals to the Board should address matters in which you feel a procedural error was made or
information you provided was not properly considered.  To appeal to the Board of Directors,
please submit the form below, along with any supplemental documentation.
