Canyon Heights Owners Association Payments

Canyon Heights owners are subject to a semi-annual assessment of $136.50 due January 1 and July 1. Canyon Heights assessments are used for subdivision perimeter landscape maintenance, painting exterior perimeter walls, management, funding reserves, seasonal flowers, and other costs specific ​to the Canyon Heights subdivision.

Online Payment Information

You will need the following information:

  • Management ID #1107
  • Association ID: CH
  • Property Account # on your statement

​The ID # and Account # are needed to make your payment online.

Online payments are accepted through CIT Bank. Payments made by e-check are FREE. There is a fee of 2.95% of the transaction amount for debit or credit card payments. ​This fee is charged by CIT Bank for processing costs. Payments made after 7:00 PM will be credited the following business day.

Payments by check should be made out to Canyon Heights and include your last name and account #.
