Canyon Heights Owners Association Payments
Canyon Heights owners are subject to a semi-annual assessment of $136.50 due January 1 and July 1. Canyon Heights assessments are used for subdivision perimeter landscape maintenance, painting exterior perimeter walls, management, funding reserves, seasonal flowers, and other costs specific to the Canyon Heights subdivision.
Online Payment Information
You will need the following information:
- Management ID #1107
- Association ID: CH
- Property Account # on your statement
The ID # and Account # are needed to make your payment online.
Online payments are accepted through CIT Bank. Payments made by e-check are FREE. There is a fee of 2.95% of the transaction amount for debit or credit card payments. This fee is charged by CIT Bank for processing costs. Payments made after 7:00 PM will be credited the following business day.
Payments by Check
Payments by check should be made out to Canyon Heights and include your last name and account #.
